Items must be returned within 28 days of receipt for exchange or refund.
Items must be in original, saleable condition – with all hangers, labels and wrappings in their original condition.
Exchanges/refunds will be issued AFTER item has been returned and subject to satisfactory inspection. Please note that all postage costs incurred are for the customers account.
Standard Refunds (ie none faulty) will be the cost of item less packaging costs – which are included in the sale price of our products.
We do not experience many faults, but if you believe you have a faulty product we would ask you to return it to us within a reasonable period of time (using the returns form on your invoice) and post to us at our registered address.
If you no longer have your invoice then a covering letter explaining your reason for return. We will then contact you via email/telephone (your choice) to confirm receipt and advise if we believe that the goods are in fact faulty. If the goods are deemed to be faulty, we shall issue a replacement and cover all return postage costs.
